Sizing and fit
Send us your bust, waist and hip measurements along with the piece you are considering and we will read them against that specific pattern — our chart is cut to Indian measurements, not converted from a European one, so a usual label size is not always the right answer. If you fall between two sizes we will tell you honestly which to take and what a local tailor would need to adjust.
Made to order and alterations
Several pieces are cut to order in our Hisar atelier and dispatched within six to eight weeks. Hem lengths, sleeve finishes and minor pattern adjustments can often be accommodated before the piece is cut, so it is worth asking before you place the order rather than after. Made-to-order pieces are final sale, which is exactly why we prefer to talk it through first.
Orders, delivery and exchanges
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within three working days with complimentary insured delivery across India and tracking sent on collection. Eligible pieces can be exchanged within five days of delivery. If an order is already on its way and something looks wrong, write with your order number and we will take it from there — usually the same day.
Visiting the atelier
Our studio at Plot No. 4/5, Modern Saket Colony, Azad Nagar, Hisar, Haryana 125007 is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. You are welcome to come and try pieces in person — we would suggest messaging ahead on WhatsApp at +918059500090 so that the sizes you want are pulled and ready when you arrive.
