Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and with tags intact. Collection within India is complimentary.

Write to us
Email care@adornaura.com with your order reference within 14 days of delivery, telling us whether you would prefer a return or an exchange.

We arrange collection
A courier is scheduled at no cost within India. Keep the piece unworn, with tags intact, in its original box.

Atelier inspection
Each returned piece is inspected under daylight by the finisher. This takes two business days from receipt.

Refund or exchange
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Exchanges are dispatched the same week.
Final Sale
- Made-to-order pieces cut in your measurements.
- Pieces that have been altered at your request.
- Archive and last-piece styles marked final at checkout.
Alterations
Complimentary length alterations within 14 days of delivery. Structural alterations are quoted individually — write to us with photographs and your measurements.
