The Adorn Aura brand is positioned around contemporary Indian femininity, crafted detail, refined silhouettes, and premium fashion presentation.

Throughout these Terms, references to: (a) “Adorn Aura”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the entity operating the Adorn Aura website and related services; (b) “you”, “your”, “customer”, “user”, or “guest” refer to any person accessing or using our website or services; (c) “Website” refers to the official Adorn Aura website and any associated webpages, mobile versions, landing pages, or digital storefronts operated by us; and (d) “Products” refers to garments and other merchandise offered for sale by Adorn Aura.

Because fashion products may involve textiles, embellishments, tailoring, printing, dyeing, embroidery, finishing, handwork, textured materials, or manufacturing tolerances, slight variations between individual units may not necessarily constitute a defect.

We make reasonable efforts to present Products accurately through photographs and digital imagery. However, the actual colour, texture, finish, sheen, detailing, or appearance of a Product may vary slightly due to screen calibration, monitor or mobile display settings, ambient lighting, photography lighting, post-production, fabric characteristics, dye variation, manufacturing variation, or differences between device displays.

Such minor variations may not qualify as defects. Adorn Aura's visual standards emphasise preservation of garment colour, design, silhouette, drape, and material detail in photography.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size chart, product measurements, fit information, and sizing guidance before placing an order. Sizing may vary depending on the cut, silhouette, fabric, construction, stretch, tailoring, or design of a particular garment.

Where Product-specific measurements are provided, those measurements should be considered together with any fit notes displayed on the relevant product page. Garment measurements may vary slightly due to production and finishing.

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products subject to these Terms. Your order is not necessarily accepted merely because payment has been initiated, you receive an automated acknowledgement, an item appears available when added to your cart, or you have completed checkout.

An order is deemed accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

We are not obligated to supply a Product at an obviously erroneous price where the error should reasonably have been apparent.

For standard pre-sized Products shipped within India, orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe communicated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where complimentary standard shipping is offered within India, the shipping cost may be incorporated into the pricing structure of the garment. Express delivery, where available, may require an additional charge.

Customers requesting express delivery should contact customer care promptly after placing the order and provide the relevant order number so that availability can be assessed. Express shipping is not guaranteed unless confirmed by our customer care team.

International shipping may be subject to separate shipping charges communicated to the customer. International delivery time depends on factors including: shipping destination, courier service, customs clearance, selected delivery method, import procedures, and local delivery infrastructure.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local levies, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may result from: courier disruption, weather, strikes, transport interruptions, natural disasters, customs procedures, government restrictions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, inaccurate delivery information, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist where a material delay occurs.

Products will be treated as delivered when they are delivered to the address supplied with the order or otherwise handed over in accordance with the carrier's verified delivery process. You are responsible for providing a secure and accessible delivery address.

Where permitted by law, we may rely on reasonable delivery confirmation provided by the courier or shipping partner.

You must ensure that shipping information is accurate. Adorn Aura is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If an address needs to be changed, you should contact customer care immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Where Adorn Aura accepts alterations, customisation, made-to-measure requests, or modifications to a standard Product, additional processing time may apply. Custom orders may require up to the additional processing period communicated in our Shipping Policy.

Alteration timelines may depend on: the nature of the requested alteration, garment construction, tailoring complexity, customer measurements, fabric availability, production scheduling, and final quality checks.

Where customisation depends on measurements supplied by the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate. Adorn Aura is not responsible for fit issues caused solely by inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

Where our team requests clarification, production may be delayed until the required information is received.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Eligible requests must generally be raised within the period specified in that policy after delivery. Products must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements before an exchange or return is approved.

Subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy, exchanges may be considered only for permitted reasons, including: qualifying Product damage, material-related defects, qualifying colour-fading issues, stitching defects, or eligible size-related issues. Eligibility is subject to inspection and verification.

Any Product submitted for exchange or authorised return must generally: be in new and unused condition; retain all original tags; not have been washed; not have been dry-cleaned; not have been altered after delivery; not have been damaged by the customer; be returned in suitable protective packaging; and satisfy the conditions contained in the applicable Returns & Exchange Policy. Products that fail inspection may be rejected.

Where our Returns & Exchange Policy places return shipping responsibility on the guest, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Adorn Aura is not responsible for a customer-arranged return shipment until it is received by us or our authorised return facility.

Where an eligible exchange is approved, we will attempt to provide a suitable replacement subject to stock availability. Replacement availability cannot be guaranteed. Where no eligible replacement is available, a refund may be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method. Banking and payment-network processing times may vary. The applicable refund processing timeframe will be as stated in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Returned Products may be inspected before an exchange, replacement, or refund is approved. Inspection may include reviewing: garment condition, tags, signs of wear, washing or cleaning, staining, fragrance, makeup marks, damage, alteration, stitching, fabric condition, and the reported reason for return.

An exchange or return request may be rejected where the Product does not satisfy the applicable policy requirements.

All rights in and to the Website and its content belong to, or are licensed to, Adorn Aura. Protected material may include: the Adorn Aura name, trademarks, logos, crown icon, AA monogram, wordmark, brand identity, photographs, garment imagery, campaign imagery, illustrations, graphics, website layouts, product descriptions, editorial content, blog articles, videos, lookbooks, typography arrangements, packaging designs, product names, design systems, copy, databases, software, code, and other creative assets.

The Adorn Aura identity system specifically incorporates the Crown Icon, AA Monogram, and ADORN AURA wordmark as core brand assets.

You may access and use Website content solely for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not: reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, systematically download, or publicly display our protected content.

You may not use the Adorn Aura logo, Crown Icon, AA monogram, wordmark, trade dress, branding, or similar assets without written authorisation. You must not: recreate our logo, alter its proportions, recolour it, crop it, rotate it, add effects, place it in misleading contexts, or use it in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without approval.

Adorn Aura's brand guidelines expressly prohibit stretching, arbitrary recolouring, effects, rotation, cropping, and placement of the signature on unsuitable visual backgrounds.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the artistic, creative, design, pattern, construction, styling, or other intellectual property associated with our Products. You must not use Product images or Product designs to create, market, manufacture, or promote counterfeit, substantially copied, or unauthorised derivative products.

The Website may contain: product descriptions, fashion editorials, blog articles, style guides, lookbooks, recommendations, size guidance, photography, campaign content, and informational materials. Such content is provided for general informational and commercial purposes. We reserve the right to revise or remove content without notice.

Where we allow users to submit content—including reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, messages, or social-media submissions—you retain ownership of content you legally own. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adorn Aura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or purely economic losses arising from your use of the Website where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
