By placing an order with Adorn Aura you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on the day you order.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email carrying your AA reference.

We may decline an order where a piece is no longer available, where pricing has been listed in error, or where we cannot verify payment.

Made-to-order pieces are cut in your measurements and cannot be cancelled once the atelier has begun.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST for Indian orders. International duties may be payable on delivery.

Payment is taken at the point of order. Cash on delivery, where offered, is limited to selected addresses and order values.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Unworn pieces with tags intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our returns policy.

Made-to-order, altered and archive final-sale pieces are not returnable.

Every piece is finished by hand. Minor variation in embroidery placement, thread tone and weave is inherent to the process and is not a defect.

Colour may render differently across screens. We are glad to send additional photographs before you order.

All imagery, text, designs and marks on this site belong to Adorn Aura and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction.
